Nourish is a 10-week wellness program designed to help participants set and reach personal goals for a more balanced, healthy lifestyle. We encourage participants to attend all 10 sessions, but also welcome those who are interested in only certain topics. Weekly topics are as follows:

Heart Healthy Eating
Heart disease impacts more people in the US than any other disease. Heart Healthy Eating is a four session class that discusses how heart disease impacts health. It further presents the difference between heart-healthy and unhealthy fats, making diet changes, altering recipes and the impact of exercise on heart disease.

Balancing Stress Series
We are all too familiar with the negative effects of stress on our bodies and minds. Join us for a 7-week interactive class designed to help you understand how you cope with stress, why stress matters, how to make stress your friend, and how to talk back to negative thoughts. Leave with tips to practice positive thinking and work towards healthier and better strategies to meet your goals!
