Health Risk Appraisal
It's Your Life partners with experts from the University of Michigan Health Management Research Center to provide the Health Risk Appraisal (HRA) questionnaire and customized results profile. The online HRA should take approximately 10-15 to complete. Once data from the online HRA has been processed, personalized results are available by logging back into the HRA system here.
Health Risk Appraisal data is used to generate personal profile results for each participant, as well as aggregate reports across the population. In this way, the HRA prioritizes individual health risks for each participant, and organizational opportunities for the employer.
